Synthetic Route
The components of the cleaner are: (by mass fraction) 10-18 parts of fatty acid 20 oil esters, 2-6 parts of clove oil, 2-8 parts of sulphonic acid, 1-5 parts of potassium hydrogen tartrate, 9-15 parts of monoethanolamine, 4-10 parts of alkylphenol ethoxylates, 6-16 parts of sodium citrate, 8-15 parts of disodium N-(2-hydroxyethyl)ethylenediamine-diacetate, 20-30 parts of polyethylene glycol, 10-15 parts of ethanol, 24-36 parts of water. -15 parts, 24-36 parts of water. The specific operations are as follows: (1) Add fatty acid chemicalbook glycerides, clove oil, sulfonic acid and potassium hydrogen tartrate to ethanol in accordance with the mass ratio, raise the temperature to 50-60°C and stir well to obtain mixture A. (2) Mix monoethanolamine, burnt phenol polyoxyethylene ether, sodium citrate, N-(2-hydroxyethyl)ethylenediaminetriacetic acid trisodium salt and polyethylene glycol (3) Add mixture A dropwise to mixture B, raise the temperature to 70°C, add water to it, raise the temperature to 70-80°C and stir well to obtain a degradable heavy grease cleaner. |
