Application of Guangxi Changke SAN CN2800

Injection-Molded Transparent Appliance Vessels: A Closed-Loop Process Window from Pellet Drying to Gating

Pellet drying limits the viable processing envelope for Guangxi Changke SAN CN2800 before shear heating is introduced into the barrel. The resin is dried in a dehumidifying hopper dryer at 80 °C for 2–4 h to a residual moisture target of ≤0.05%; moisture above this threshold converts to splay, silver streaking, and a measurable reduction in weld-line translucency in polished vessel surfaces. The reciprocating-screw injection moulding machine is configured with an L/D ratio of 20:1–25:1, a compression ratio of 2.4:1–2.8:1, and a constant-taper check ring to reduce material stagnation. Barrel temperature from feed throat to nozzle is profiled at 190–230 °C, with melt temperature maintained at 215–245 °C and mould surface temperature controlled at 40–70 °C. Clamp force sizing is based on 3–5 kN/cm² of projected area, while hold pressure is profiled from 70–110 bar down to 30–50 bar before gate freeze to suppress sink and vacuum voids at the thickest section of the vessel base.

Food-contact appliance vessels manufactured from SAN CN2800 require three overlapping compliance layers. The Chinese domestic food-contact plastics threshold is satisfied under GB 4806.7-2016, while United States compliance is anchored to 21 CFR 177.1040 for acrylonitrile-styrene copolymers intended for food-contact use. For the European market, migration testing under EU Regulation No 10/2011 applies, with overall migration controlled below 10 mg/dm² in the prescribed food simulants. Heavy-metal restrictions are enforced through REACH Regulation EC 1907/2006 Annex XVII, and the final part must also comply with RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU Annex II where electronic motor housings or control interfaces are insert-moulded or snapped into the appliance assembly.

Formulation addition ratio for Guangxi Changke SAN CN2800 in this downstream segment places the neat resin at 100 parts by mass as the base polymer. Colour masterbatch is added at 0.5–2.0 wt%, internal lubricant at 0.05–0.3 wt%, and a phenolic/phosphite stabilizer package at 0.1–0.4 wt%. If drop impact at 0.5–1.0 m is specified for blender jars, an acrylate-based or MBS impact modifier is used at 3–8 wt%, but transparency retention is only maintained when the modifier particle size remains below approximately 100 nm and the refractive index is matched to the SAN matrix. Higher modifier loadings above 10 wt% produce a visible haze increase from approximately 1.5% to 5.0% and are unsuitable for water-clear appliance vessels.

Terminal component types include blender jars rated for ≤1.0 L working volume, food processor bowls, coffee grinder hoppers, transparent lids for standalone mixers, and removable ingredient cups in compact food preparation appliances. The limiting operational condition is sustained contact with citrus oils and hot edible fats above 80 °C; under these conditions, the part design should minimize moulded-in stress at gate and thread locations to prevent environmental stress cracking during repeated dishwasher exposure.

In cosmetic closure and jar injection molding, the selection of a styrene-acrylonitrile grade such as Guangxi Changke SAN CN2800 is driven by the requirement to resist ester-based formulations containing diisopropyl adipate, ethylhexyl palmitate, or caprylic/capric triglyceride without developing clouding or surface crazing. The material is processed on a multicavity tool with a cavity finish of SPI A-1, a hot runner balanced to ±1 °C across all drops, and a cycle time of 18–30 s for a wall thickness of 1.5–2.5 mm. Melt temperature is held at 215–235 °C and mould temperature at 55–75 °C to achieve high gloss and sufficient flow length for thin-walled lipstick tube bodies. Screw recovery is limited to 80–110 rpm; higher screw speeds introduce shear heating that raises the melt temperature above 240 °C and generates free styrene odour detectable in the final closure by headspace GC/MS.

Regulatory coverage for cosmetic packaging is not a single material approval but a stack of packaging and product-safety obligations. The package must comply with the Packaging and Packaging Waste Directive 94/62/EC, including the cumulative heavy-metal limit of 100 mg/kg for lead, cadmium, mercury, and hexavalent chromium. REACH Regulation EC 1907/2006 Annex XVII restricted substances apply, and the cosmetic product safety assessment under Regulation EU 1223/2009 may require packaging leachables screening depending on the formulation contact profile. Residual acrylonitrile monomer is measured by headspace GC/MS following EPA 5021A; brand-specific acceptance limits commonly fall at ≤1.0 mg/kg, and a volatile organic compound panel is often run to ensure no adverse odour transfer into filled product over a 12-week accelerated aging period at 45 °C.

Formulation loading for CN2800 in cosmetic packaging is 85–98 wt% of the final compound. The balance includes 0.5–2.0 wt% colour or optical brightener masterbatch, 0.1–0.3 wt% primary phenolic antioxidant, 0.05–0.2 wt% phosphite secondary antioxidant, and 0.2–0.8 wt% montan ester mould-release additive. Impact modification is limited to 3–5 wt% because refractive-index mismatch from larger elastomer domains increases haze and reduces colour depth in dark jar bodies and fragrance cap over-shells.

Terminal products include clear outer walls for lipstick tubes, replaceable inner pans for pressed-powder compacts, fragrance cap over-shells, and high-clarity jar bodies for cream and foundation packaging. The most frequent failure origin in multi-ring cap designs is the gate insert, where repeated drop impacts from 0.5–1.0 m and cyclic lipophilic formulation contact at 45–55 °C must be sustained without environmental stress cracking.

What Limits Weld-Line Load Capacity in Detergent Dispenser Components at 82 °C Wash Cycles?

Weld-line strength rather than bulk tensile properties governs the service life of injection-moulded detergent dispenser drawers, rinse-aid reservoirs, and wash-cycle viewing windows. For Guangxi Changke SAN CN2800, melt fronts meeting downstream of a hot-tip gate create a V-notch-like knit line that reduces notched impact capacity by 25–45% relative to the unknit matrix; simultaneous exposure to detergent solution at 82 °C accelerates stress cracking at the knit line when cavity pressure decay is too rapid. The preferred processing route uses a sequential valve-gated hot runner with a gate open lag of 0.8–1.2 s, melt temperature of 225–245 °C, mould temperature of 60–80 °C, and final holding pressure of 45–70 bar for a wall thickness of 2.0–2.8 mm. The screw should have an L/D ratio of 22:1–26:1 with a continuous barrier section, and screw recovery is set below 120 rpm to avoid high-shear heating that reduces weld re-entanglement length.

Electrical appliance compliance follows IEC 60335-1 for household safety, with material abnormal-heat performance assessed through the glow-wire test method IEC 60695-2-11:2021 at 650 °C for unattended appliances and 750 °C for parts carrying current. Flame rating is verified under UL 94 at the specified part thickness, with HB acceptance common for non-enclosure detergent dispenser components. The raw material must comply with RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU Annex II limits for lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, PBB, and PBDE. REACH Annex XVII restrictions and SVHC screening are mandatory, with specific attention to residual acrylonitrile monomer classification under CLP Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008.

Formulation loading places CN2800 at 72–88 wt% of the compound, with an acrylate-based or MBS impact modifier at 8–15 wt% where drawer latch impact is a service issue. Titanium dioxide masterbatch is added at 2–4 wt% for opaque dispenser drawers, and a high-molecular-weight processing aid is used at 0.1–0.5 wt% to reduce valve-pin drool and improve gate-vestige cosmetics. The impact modifier must have a refractive index close to the SAN matrix; otherwise, translucency in window regions falls below the required 70% light transmission and the product cannot be used for visual fill-level monitoring.

Downstream products include washing machine detergent drawer assemblies, dishwasher rinse-aid cups, front-load washer door windows in non-thermally stressed positions, and detergent scoop bodies. The critical operational boundary is incompatibility with strong alkaline or chlorinated detergent concentrates at continuous temperatures above 85 °C in solutions with pH > 12; under these conditions, environmental stress cracking initiates at gate vestige points and at the underside of snap-fit tabs because of combined chemical attack and moulded-in stress.

For pressure-containing water filtration components, an unfilled styrene-acrylonitrile reactor grade such as Guangxi Changke SAN CN2800 is used only when the certification path, gate-weld design, and post-mould machining conditions are defined together. The resin is pre-dried to ≤0.04% moisture at 80 °C for 3–4 h, then processed on a reciprocating-screw injection moulding machine with L/D 24:1, compression ratio 2.5:1, and melt temperature of 215–240 °C. The mould is run at 60–80 °C with sequential valve gating to shift the knit line away from the threaded boss; holding pressure is profiled from 55–75 bar down to 25 bar before gate freeze. Bowl wall thickness is held within 3.0–4.5 mm to meet a hydrostatic burst test at 2.0 times rated working pressure for 60 s without cracking.

Potable-water contact approval is not generic. Components are tested under NSF/ANSI 61 for chemical extraction and, where applicable, NSF/ANSI 42 for aesthetic effects; acceptance is based on specific product geometry and surface-to-volume ratio. For CE-marked water equipment, material selection is aligned with Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 only where national tank and vessel codes mandate construction-product conformity, and REACH Annex XVII residual monomer limits apply. A published NSF/ANSI 61 listing for compressed CN2800 board or for this specific unfilled formulation is limited; product-specific certification testing is required before commercial release because extraction behaviour is influenced by gate vestige, hot-runner residues, and machining coolants.

Formulation loading for filtration housings uses 88–98 wt% CN2800, with 0.05–0.15 wt% hindered phenolic antioxidant, 0.05–0.20 wt% phosphite stabilizer, and 0.5–2.0 wt% blue-tinted colour masterbatch to compensate for the yellow spectral edge in thick sections. Glass reinforcement is not used when visual inspection of filter fouling is desired; if pressure demands exceed 6 bar, a transition to glass-filled polyphthalamide or polysulfone is preferred rather than overloading SAN CN2800 at wall thicknesses approaching 6 mm, because cooling time increases non-linearly and gate freeze becomes inconsistent across a multicavity tool.

Terminal product types include transparent filter bowls for point-of-use under-sink water filters, pre-filter housings, pump head covers for hydroponic dosing systems, and sight-glass bodies for industrial water lines. The limiting operational boundary for unfilled SAN CN2800 is sustained hot water above 60 °C in pressure service; published data for creep rupture in chlorinated water beyond 1,000 h is limited, so lifetime predictions should be based on product-specific hydrostatic durability testing rather than short-term tensile retention.

When Thin-Wall Battery Covers Require Flame-Retardant Consistency Without Opacity

At 1.0–1.2 mm nominal wall, the dispersion of flame-retardant fillers in a styrene-acrylonitrile matrix controls both flow-front balance and post-mould flatness of battery compartment covers and power-bank housings. Guangxi Changke SAN CN2800 can be processed as a thin-wall base resin only when the screw is configured with a high-compression barrier section of 2.8:1 and a melt temperature held between 220–240 °C; lower temperatures produce unmelts at the fill edge, while higher temperatures generate free styrene odour and an increase in headspace VOCs above 200 mg/kg. The mould is operated at 35–60 °C with expansion gaps of 0.015–0.030 mm per cavity side and vacuum-assisted venting to avoid burnt gas marks at the last-filled edge. Injection speed is profiled from 80–140 mm/s at the initial flow front to 40–70 mm/s during packing; hold pressure is set at 60–90 bar for 0.5–0.8 s, followed by a fast pressure drop to prevent gate-area sink.

Electronic enclosure compliance is anchored to IEC 62368-1 for audio/video, information, and communication technology equipment. Material flammability is assessed under UL 94 at the minimum thickness with either HB or V-2 classification, as defined by the end-product standard. RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU Annex II substance restrictions apply, including lead below 1,000 mg/kg and cadmium below 100 mg/kg at the homogeneous material level. EU REACH SVHC notification through the SCIP database is required for substances of very high concern above 0.1% w/w. For lithium-ion battery housings, external short-circuit and temperature-rise tests under IEC 62133-2:2017 add an indirect material requirement: the polymer must not deform, ignite, or lose structural retention at the prescribed external fault temperature.

For thin-wall transparent covers, the final compound uses 90–98 wt% SAN CN2800, 0.2–0.5 wt% antioxidant/stabilizer, 0.5–2.0 wt% blue toner masterbatch for yellow-tint correction, and 0.05–0.2 wt% external mould-release agent. Where UL 94 V-2 is required, the formulation shifts to 82–88 wt% CN2800 with a brominated flame-retardant plus antimony synergist at 10–16 wt%; this package produces an opacity increase to approximately 60–75% light transmission and raises melt viscosity sufficiently that mould temperature must be raised toward 60 °C to maintain flow-front stability.

Terminal products include lithium-ion power-bank internal frames, battery compartment covers for portable printers, transparent charger housings, and clear LED status windows. The practical incompatibility is high-alkaline electrolyte leakage: if cell leakage is possible, a fluoropolymer gasket or physical separation must isolate the SAN CN2800 cover from the electrolyte, since sustained contact with carbonate-based solvents will swell the surface and can reduce impact strength by more than 40% within accelerated compatibility testing.

Extrusion Tooling for Diffuser Profiles Reaches Its Dimensional Stability Limit at 1.8 m/min Haul-Off

Where LED diffuser tracks and display glazing strips are extruded from styrene-acrylonitrile, the thermal-history demand on Guangxi Changke SAN CN2800 differs from injection moulding because post-die drawdown introduces molecular orientation that becomes frozen in the profile. The material is dried to ≤0.05% moisture at 80 °C for 2–3 h before extrusion on a single-screw machine with L/D 30:1–32:1, screen pack 60/80/100 mesh, and a barrier melting section. Barrel temperature from zone 1 to die is set 175–210 °C, with die temperature at 205–215 °C; melt temperature should not exceed 225 °C to avoid depolymerization odour and discolouration. Calibration is by water-cooled vacuum tank at 40–50 °C; haul-off speed is limited to 1.2–2.5 m/min for a 1.5–3.0 mm wall profile because higher speeds create frozen-in stress that causes longitudinal crazing under repeated flexure.

Office and display applications are subject to IEC 62471-1 photobiological safety only in relation to the final luminaire, not the polymer diffuser itself; the material must nevertheless maintain stable light transmission after thermal aging. UL 94 HB is commonly accepted for signage and display profiles, while RoHS 2011/65/EU and REACH restrictions apply to the finished profile. For indoor office use, volatile organic compound emission may be tested under ISO 16000-6:2021 or equivalent; the grade must show residual styrene and acrylonitrile below the project-specific indoor air threshold. Published data for this specific profile configuration is limited, so pre-production qualification should include a 500 h accelerated UV/thermal exposure test at 70 °C to verify yellowing and transmission retention.

Formulation loading for profile extrusion uses 95–99 wt% SAN CN2800, with 0.1–0.3 wt% process stabilizer, 0.5–2.0 wt% acrylic diffusing bead masterbatch where a Lambertian light distribution is required, and 0.05–0.2 wt% internal lubricant. Light-diffusing agents should be selected from crosslinked poly(methyl methacrylate) beads with a mean particle size below 20 µm; larger particles increase surface haze above 35% and create visible specks in edge-lit profiles. Ultraviolet stabilizers are not a substitute for a PMMA cap layer in outdoor-facing service.

Terminal product types include snap-in LED diffuser covers for under-cabinet lighting, retail shelf edge profiles, transparent protective covers for digital price tags, and non-load-bearing glazing strips in office partition accessories. The limitation is outdoor exposure: SAN CN2800 is not recommended for continuous UV weathering without a coextruded PMMA cap layer, because unprotected exposure above 1,000 h in xenon-arc aging per ISO 4892-2:2013 produces measurable yellowing and a decline in notched impact capacity.

    Certification & Compliance
    More Introduction

Guangxi Changke SAN CN2800 is identified as a transparent styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer injection-molding resin. The grade designation positions the material within the manufacturer’s CN-series SAN portfolio; the trailing numeric block is consistent with a nominal melt-flow class rather than a filler or additive package, although the supplier’s coding rule should be verified against the certificate of analysis. Published datasheet values for this specific configuration are limited. The numerical intervals cited in this document therefore correspond to the typical property envelope for transparent SAN injection grades of the 20–30 g/10 min melt-flow class measured under ISO 1133-1:2022, ISO 527-2:2012, ISO 178:2019, ISO 306:2022, ISO 75-2:2013, ISO 180:2019, and ASTM D1003-21. They should not be read as certified lot data for CN2800 without a vendor-issued datasheet. The resin is intended for optical and near-optical parts requiring chemical resistance and dimensional stability without the rubber-phase impact response of ABS.

What Specification Framework Applies to Transparent SAN Molding Grades Such as CN2800?

Transparent SAN grades of this melt-flow classification are typically characterized by a property set that balances rigidity, clarity, and chemical resistance. Tensile specimens prepared as ISO 527-2:2012 Type 1A and conditioned at 23 °C and 50% relative humidity for 40 h generally exhibit yield stress between 70 and 75 MPa. Flexural modulus measured under ISO 178:2019 is commonly 3500–3800 MPa. Vicat softening temperature, determined by the B50 method with a 50 N load and 50 K/h heating rate under ISO 306:2022, falls near 104–108 °C. Heat deflection temperature under 1.8 MPa flexural stress according to ISO 75-2:2013 is typically 95–100 °C. These thermal limits constrain continuous-use design temperatures to well below the onset of deflection under load.

These intervals represent the transparent SAN molding envelope. Certified values for CN2800 may differ by lot, comonomer ratio, and additive package. The styrene-to-acrylonitrile ratio in transparent commercial SAN is typically 24–30 mass% acrylonitrile. Higher acrylonitrile content improves chemical resistance and heat performance but reduces melt flow and increases thermal yellowness; lower acrylonitrile content raises flow at the expense of oil and detergent barrier performance. Notched Izod impact in the 1.5–2.5 kJ/m² range is the primary constraint for snap-fit or cold-temperature load cases. Mold shrinkage is typically 0.5–0.7% and water absorption reaches approximately 0.2% after 24 h at 23 °C under ISO 62:2008.

Pre-drying of CN2800-type SAN is required when ambient relative humidity exceeds 60%. A desiccant dryer with a dew point of -30 °C or lower and airflow of 1.0–1.5 m³/h per kg/h throughput maintains residual moisture below 0.05% by mass. Moisture above this threshold produces splay, silver streaks, and loss of optical clarity. The material should not be processed on equipment contaminated with polycarbonate or flame-retardant ABS residues without a GPPS or SAN purging sequence; immiscible residues cause delamination and haze. Avoid prolonged contact with ketones, esters, chlorinated solvents, and aromatic hydrocarbons, because these chemical classes induce environmental stress cracking in SAN. Brief contact with aliphatic alcohols such as isopropanol is generally tolerated but should be validated under molded-in stress for the final part geometry.

Processing Window Constraints Observed in High-Shear Injection Molding Lines

On production-scale reciprocating-screw machines with clamp force between 800 and 2500 kN, CN2800-type SAN exhibits a narrow thermal window. Barrel temperatures should be profiled from 210 °C in the feed zone to 250 °C at the nozzle. Sustained melt temperature above 260 °C accelerates acrylonitrile degradation, producing yellowing, plate-out, and free-styrene odor. Screw speed should be limited to 80–120 rpm for a 30–40 mm diameter general-purpose screw; higher speeds create shear heating above the melt set point. Use a compression ratio of 2.0:1–2.5:1 and back pressure between 0.3 and 0.5 MPa to maintain melt-density homogeneity without overworking the resin.

    Processing parameterTypical set pointEquipment condition
    Pre-drying temperature80 °C for 2–4 hdesiccant dryer, dew point ≤ -30 °C
Residual moisture<0.05 %moisture analyzer or Karl Fischer titration
Melt temperature210–250 °Cmachine barrel and nozzle
Mold surface temperature40–80 °Cthermolator, water or oil
    Screw L/D ratio20:1–25:1general-purpose, compression ratio 2.0:1–2.5:1
    Back pressure0.3–0.5 MPahydraulic injection unit
Hot runner manifold temperature210–230 °Cexternally heated manifold, balanced flow

Thin-wall parts below 1.5 mm require higher melt temperature, higher injection velocity, and a fast pressure transition from fill to pack. Packing pressure is usually 50–70% of peak injection pressure to avoid sink marks while preventing gate blush. Observed processing bottlenecks include gate freeze-off in hot-runner systems when manifold temperature drops below 210 °C, and ejection distortion when part surface temperature at mold release exceeds 80 °C. Molded parts should be cooled under pack until the wall temperature falls below the Vicat softening point before ejection. Vent depth should not exceed 0.02–0.03 mm to avoid flash while allowing volatiles to escape; trapped gas in clear SAN produces burn marks and haze at the end of fill.

Hot-runner residence time for CN2800-type material should be kept below 10 min at manifold temperature. Longer residence causes progressive yellowness and can shift the melt mass-flow rate by chain scission. When regrind is introduced, a maximum addition of 20% by mass is typical for transparent parts, provided the regrind is dried, dust-free, and free of colored contamination. Higher regrind fractions can increase haze and reduce tensile strength by 2–5% relative to virgin resin. The screw and barrel should be purged with GPPS or dedicated SAN purge compound after processing flame-retardant, impact-modified, or glass-reinforced resins to avoid optical defects in CN2800 clear parts.

When CN2800 Replaces ABS or PMMA in Transparent Housing Applications

The primary difference between CN2800-type SAN and ABS is the absence of a polybutadiene rubber phase. ABS grades tested under ISO 180:2019 commonly show notched Izod values of 20–30 kJ/m², while transparent SAN of the CN2800 melt-flow class typically falls between 1.5 and 2.5 kJ/m². CN2800 therefore provides transparent stress-bearing housings with higher rigidity but is unsuitable for impact-loaded snap-fit features that require ductile failure. Standard ABS is opaque, and transparent MABS grades contain methyl methacrylate that can alter chemical resistance and heat behavior; CN2800-class SAN retains a styrene-acrylonitrile matrix with lower rubber content and tighter dimensional stability after molding.

Compared with PMMA, CN2800-type SAN exhibits a higher melt-flow range under ISO 1133-1:2022 and lower melt viscosity, enabling multicavity thin-wall filling at lower injection pressure. PMMA typically offers higher light transmittance, approximately 92% at 3 mm, and higher pencil hardness, 2H–4H under ASTM D3363-20, than SAN, whose transmittance is approximately 88–90% and pencil hardness is generally HB–F. CN2800 is therefore selected when cycle time, flow length, or chemical exposure to aliphatic oils and detergents outweigh scratch resistance and maximum optical transmission. PMMA also absorbs more water under ISO 62:2008, typically 0.3–0.5% after 24 h, which can alter dimensional tolerance stability in wet environments.

Compared with GPPS, CN2800-type SAN provides superior environmental stress-cracking resistance to cooking oils, aliphatic hydrocarbons, and detergent solutions. GPPS tends to craze under molded-in stress when exposed to these media; SAN’s acrylonitrile comonomer reduces this sensitivity. The tensile modulus of SAN is also higher than GPPS. However, GPPS has lower melt viscosity and can be processed at lower melt temperatures, and some GPPS grades provide slightly higher initial optical clarity. Against polycarbonate, CN2800-class SAN offers lower density, 1.08 g/cm³ versus PC near 1.20 g/cm³, and lower drying and processing temperatures. Polycarbonate, however, provides notched Izod impact values above 60 kJ/m² and higher heat deflection temperature, so CN2800 is not a direct substitute when ductile impact and high heat are critical.

Within the SAN family, CN2800 is best classified as a mid-flow transparent injection grade. Grades with higher nominal melt-flow rates can show lower Vicat softening temperature, lower tensile modulus, and greater risk of flash; grades with lower melt-flow rates usually provide higher impact and heat resistance but thicker-wall filling limitations. Selection of CN2800 instead of a low-flow SAN should be based on flow length-to-wall thickness ratio, gate size, and the desired packing-pressure window. The trailing digits of the CN2800 grade code are consistent with a mid-flow designation near 28 g/10 min, but this should not be used as a specification limit without the supplier’s lot-specific melt-flow certificate.

In transparent appliance lenses, cosmetic packaging, and electrical equipment covers, CN2800-type SAN is processed at wall thicknesses from 1.2 to 3.5 mm. The material’s chemical resistance supports use in refrigerator interior trim and food processor lids where brief contact with edible oils occurs; however, food-contact compliance must be confirmed against the specific compound’s regulatory status, such as FDA 21 CFR or EU 10/2011 migration testing, because CN2800’s formulation additives may vary. The resin is not a substitute for ASA in outdoor enclosures; unless an ultraviolet stabilization package is specified and validated under ASTM G155-21 or ISO 4892-2:2013, prolonged weathering causes yellowing and gloss loss. In medical diagnostic housings, the limiting property is not chemical resistance but notch sensitivity under cold-temperature impact and sterilization with ethylene oxide or gamma radiation; published data for CN2800 in sterilization environments is limited, and lot-specific validation is required before use.
